What to bring questions
Really nothing but your pet. Leashes, bowls and balls are provided, and every run has a Kuranda bed and blankets.
A short list of what helps, and what is better left at home.
The short list
What must I bring?
Your pet, current vaccine records on file, and your signed boarding agreement.
What if my pet is on special food?
Bring it in the original bag, enough for the whole stay plus a little extra, with amounts in cups. Otherwise the house food is free.
What about medications?
Bring them in their containers with written instructions. Giving medication costs nothing extra.
Comfort items
Can my pet bring a toy?
One toy is fine, but not the favorite. Toys can get lost or destroyed.
Should I bring a bed?
It is not recommended. Every run has a Kuranda bed and plenty of blankets, and the runs are heated and air-conditioned. Home beds get dirty or wet.
Do I bring bowls or a leash?
No. They are provided. A slow-feeder bowl is the exception if your pet needs one.
Collars
Can my dog wear a metal pinch (prong) collar?
Please remove metal pinch collars before check-in, because they can catch on chain link. The staff have collars for dogs who need one.
Should I mark belongings?
Yes. Write your pet's name on food, bowls and anything else you leave.
At check-in
Should my pet come inside with me?
Please leave your pet in the car. A staff member carries in the belongings and walks your pet to the kennel, which prevents parking-lot scuffles and escapes.
What about hot days?
Leave the air conditioning on. The pavement can be hot, so the staff may scoop up a dog and hurry in.
What time can I arrive?
Every day from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM. The office is closed from 11:30 to 2:00.
What should I pack for a cat?
Food in its original bag, any medications with written instructions, and a carrier for the ride. Litter boxes and blankets are provided.

Send your dates and pets and the kennel will get back to you. Holiday stays need a 50% deposit 30 days before drop-off, so ask early.
