Caring for pets in Dixon since 1971, the kennel sits between Sacramento and the Bay Area. Every dog gets its own run with a doggie door, so each one chooses between the inside space and the outdoor one.

How a run is set up
Each run has an indoor room and an outdoor space joined by a doggie door. Dogs see their neighbors through the fence but keep their own space. The indoor side is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, and a Kuranda raised bed with blankets is already in place, so you do not need to bring bedding.
Three kennel classes
Size is the only difference between the classes; the care is the same. Pick by the dog, or by how many dogs share.
On the 2026 rates, one dog costs $52 a night in Economy, $59 in Business Class and $72 in First Class. An extra dog sharing the run is $44, $50 or $61.

What is included
The nightly rate covers house food (grain-free kibble and wet food, farm-fresh eggs, hot dogs and treats), your own food if you prefer to bring it, medications and walks. Check-out is by 11:30 AM, and an afternoon pick-up adds half the nightly fee.
Discounts
Active military families and stays of 14 nights or more get about 10 percent off the one-dog rate. Additional dogs sharing a run get about 15 percent off. Details are on the pages for military rates, long stays and two or more dogs.
Booking
Send a request through your online account or call 707-678-6600. The kennel confirms every reservation. Vaccines needed: rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza. Tours run daily from 9 to 11 AM and 2 to 4 PM with no appointment.
