Drop-off and pick-up run every day from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:30 AM; an afternoon pick-up adds half a night.

Times
What are the drop-off hours?
Every day, 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM. The office closes between 11:30 and 2:00.
What time is check-out?
By 11:30 AM. The kennel charges by the night, like a hotel.
Can I pick up in the afternoon?
Yes, between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. An afternoon pick-up is charged half of the nightly fee.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes, seven days a week with the same hours, apart from a few holidays.
Holidays
Which days are you closed?
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What about holiday eves?
Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve close at 3:00 PM, with the afternoon window from 1:00 to 3:00.
At the kennel
Should I bring my dog inside at check-in?
Please leave your pet in the car. A staff member carries in the food and belongings and walks your pet to the kennel, which prevents parking-lot scuffles and escapes.
What if it is hot out?
Leave the air conditioning running. The pavement gets hot, so staff may scoop your dog up and hurry to protect its paws.
Can I have my dog bathed before pick-up?
Yes. Ask when you drop off and give your best arrival time so bathing and drying are done when you get there.
Paperwork and first stays
Do I need paperwork at my first drop-off?
Yes. The boarding agreement must be on file, even with an online account; download it ahead of time or allow extra time to fill it in at the counter.
What should I hand over at drop-off?
Special food in its original bag, medications with written instructions, and one toy that is not the favorite. Leashes, bowls and beds are provided.
Can someone else pick up my pet?
Yes, if you list them on the boarding agreement as someone allowed to pick up.
