First Class kennel

First Class runs are in the building that opened in October 2022. They suit extra large dogs, two or three large dogs from the same home, or, as the kennel likes to say, a whole litter of Chihuahuas.

At a glance

• 6x8 ft interior, about 120 square feet in all
• Heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer
• A doggie door to the outdoor run, so your dog chooses inside or out
• A Kuranda bed and blankets in every run

What the price covers

Every nightly rate is all-inclusive. House food, special feedings, medications and walks cost nothing extra. Active military families pay $65 a night for one dog, and stays of 14 nights or more get the same $65 long-term rate. Check-out is by 11:30 AM; an afternoon pick-up adds half a night.

Sharing a First Class run

Dogs from the same home can share. The first dog is $72 and each additional dog is $61, about 15 percent off. Two large dogs for a week works out to $931 for seven nights at the 2026 rates, before any extras.
