Payment, deposits and long-stay billing
Most stays are paid at pick-up, with no deposit. Stays beginning within seven days of a major holiday need a 50% non-refundable deposit 30 days before drop-off, and stays longer than four weeks need a card on file charged every two weeks.
These rules come from the 2026 rate sheet. Please call 707-678-6600 to confirm the deposit for your dates.
Canceling a holiday stay
Cancel at least seven days before drop-off and 100% of the deposit becomes a credit on your account. Cancel with less than seven days' notice and the deposit is forfeited.
