Holiday boarding and the 7-days-either-side deposit rule
On the 2026 rate sheet, a stay that begins from 7 days before to 7 days after a major holiday needs a 50 percent non-refundable deposit 30 days before drop-off. Cancel at least 7 days ahead and the deposit becomes a 100 percent account credit; cancel later and it is forfeited.

The deposit rule
The sheet says the policy applies to reservations beginning seven days prior to a major holiday through seven days after. Its own example: a stay that begins on the 10th with a holiday on the 17th owes a deposit. The deposit is 50 percent, non-refundable, due 30 days before drop-off.
Cancel at least 7 days ahead and the whole deposit becomes a credit on your account. Cancel with less notice and the deposit is forfeited.

Closed days
The kennel is closed all day on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve it closes at 3:00 PM, with the afternoon window running 1:00 to 3:00.
