The balance of your stay is paid when you pick up your pet. Stays longer than four weeks keep a card on file that is charged every two weeks in advance.

How and when
When do I pay?
At pick-up. The kennel charges by the night, like a hotel, and the bill is settled when you collect your pet.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Is there a charge to hold a reservation?
Not outside holidays. Stays that begin 7 days before through 7 days after a major holiday need a 50% non-refundable deposit 30 days before drop-off.
Long stays
How are long stays billed?
If the stay is longer than four weeks, a credit card goes on file and is charged every two weeks in advance.
Is there a lower rate for long stays?
Yes. Stays of 14 or more nights get the long-term rate, about 10% off the one-dog nightly price: $65 in First Class, $53 in Business Class and $47 in Economy Class on the 2026 rates.
What is and is not extra
Do medications cost extra?
No. Giving medications is included, along with special feedings and walks.
Does bringing my own food change the price?
No. Your own food is welcome at no charge, and the house food is free too.
What costs extra?
Baths for boarders, the Happy extras such as a Happy Pup Cup at $4.99, and additional picture play sessions at $14.99 per kennel.
Pick-up timing and the bill
What if I collect my pet in the afternoon?
An afternoon pick-up, between 2:00 and 5:00 PM, is charged half of the nightly fee. Check-out by 11:30 AM avoids it.
Does a second pet in the same kennel cost less?
Yes. Each additional dog sharing a kennel is about 15% off: $61 in First Class, $50 in Business Class and $44 in Economy Class. A second cat sharing a condo is $30.
