A first stay takes five steps: set up your account or call, send vaccination records, complete the boarding agreement, pack lightly, and drop off during the morning or afternoon window. The planner below turns your drop-off date into a timeline.
Five steps to a first stay
- Set up your account Create a ProPetware customer account through the Book link, or call 707-678-6600 and the kennel will get you started.
- Send vaccination records Rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza for dogs; rabies and FVRCP for cats, good through pick-up.
- Complete the boarding agreement Once, even if you have an online account.
- Pack lightly Special food, medications with instructions, one toy that is not the favorite. Take off metal pinch (prong) collars.
- Drop off 7:30 to 11:30 AM or 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Leave your pet in the car and the staff walk them in.
Nervous about the first stay? That is normal. The kennel encourages every client to tour first, any day from 9:00 to 11:00 AM or 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

Send your dates and pets and the kennel will get back to you. Holiday stays need a 50% deposit 30 days before drop-off, so ask early.

Check-out is by 11:30 AM. An afternoon pick-up is charged half of the nightly rate.
