Reservation and booking questions
Send a booking request through your online account (the Book / My Account link) or call 707-678-6600. The kennel confirms every reservation, so a request is not final until you hear back.

What to do before, during and after you ask for dates, in the order most people need it.
Asking for dates
How do I book a stay?
Use the Book / My Account link to send an online booking request, or call 707-678-6600. Either way the kennel confirms the reservation with you.
Is an online request the same as a confirmed reservation?
No. An online request tells the kennel which dates and pets you want. The reservation is confirmed by the kennel, so watch for the reply before you make travel plans around it.
Can I just show up?
Please reserve first. If your plans change fast, call 707-678-6600 and ask what is possible for your dates.
Do I need to book early for holidays?
Yes. Stays that begin 7 days before through 7 days after a major holiday also need a 50% deposit 30 days before drop-off, so holiday dates are best requested well ahead.
Paperwork you need once
Do I need to sign anything if I already have an online account?
Yes. The boarding agreement is required even with an online account. Download the fillable PDF, ask for it by email, pick it up at the office, or fill it in at your first drop-off and allow extra time.
Where do I send vaccine records?
Upload them to your online account, email them, or bring a copy to the first check-in. Send new records after each booster.
How long must the vaccines be good for?
Records must show every vaccine is current through the last day of the stay, not just the first day.
Who can stay and when
What are the age and health rules?
Dogs and cats must be at least 16 weeks old before the first day of the stay and have the vaccinations recommended for their age. A pet in poor health may not be accepted, so call if you are unsure.
Are intact dogs and every breed welcome?
Yes. All breeds of dogs and cats, neutered or intact, can stay.
When can I drop off and pick up?
Every day from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM, except the closed holidays. Check-out is by 11:30 AM, and an afternoon pick-up is charged half of the nightly fee.
Prices when you book
What does a night cost?
On the 2026 rates, one dog is $72 in a First Class kennel, $59 in Business Class and $52 in Economy Class. One cat in a condo is $35 a night.
When do I pay?
The balance is due at pick-up. Holiday stays also have the 50% deposit, and stays longer than four weeks keep a card on file.
