Drop-off, pick-up and tour hours
Drop-off and pick-up run seven days a week from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Tours need no appointment from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and 2:00 to 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:30 AM.

The kennel charges by the night and works like a hotel. Afternoon pick-ups are not a problem, but they are charged an extra half day. The office closes between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
Holiday hours
The kennel closes all day on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve it closes at 3:00 PM, with afternoon drop-off or pick-up between 1:00 and 3:00. Can I pick up at noon?
The office is closed between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Pick up by 11:30, or between 2:00 and 5:00 PM with the half-night charge.

Yes. Drop-off and pick-up hours are the same seven days a week, except the holidays listed here.
