How booking works
- Price your stay Use the estimator above to see an estimate from the 2026 rates.
- Send your request Book online through your account, call, or send the form.
- Get your paperwork in Upload vaccination records and complete the boarding agreement once.
- Drop off Come between 7:30 and 11:30 AM or 2:00 and 5:00 PM and leave your pet in the car; staff walk them in.
First time here? Create your account online, or call and the kennel will set it up with you. Have your pet's vaccination records ready; you can upload them to your account.

Is an online booking a confirmed reservation?
No. Booking online sends a request, and the kennel confirms it.
Do I need a deposit?
Only for stays beginning within seven days of a major holiday (50%, due 30 days before drop-off), or a card on file for stays longer than four weeks.
