The AKC calls Bull Terriers the most comical and mischievous dogs around. A stay should leave room for that.
Muscle, mischief and a run for one
At 50 to 70 pounds and 21 to 22 inches, a Bull Terrier fits Business Class, 5x6 ft at $59 a night. The AKC lists good-with-dogs as not recommended, so most Bull Terriers are happiest in a kennel of their own. A kennel for one dog who prefers not to share is exactly what Business Class is.
Coat and baths
Coats are white or colored, smooth and short, and the AKC notes seasonal shedding. The 2024 bath chart names Boxer and Pitbull as examples of the extra short column. A 51 to 75 pound dog is $40 there and $45 in the short column. Please ask to confirm the right column.
Exuberant, stubborn and devoted
The AKC calls the breed playful, sometimes stubborn and always devoted, and says Bull Terriers thrive on affection and exercise. The four keys it names are early socialization, firm but loving training, ample exercise and time with their people. The included walks and the fenced play areas cover the exercise. Write down toy habits on the boarding agreement.
Heat, cold and the run
A short white coat can sunburn, and a muscular dog warms up fast. The air-conditioned indoor side of the run is a good pick for midday, with the outside run for mornings and evenings.
Mischief management
The AKC says Bull Terriers are sometimes stubborn, exuberant and fond of their people. A stay is easier when a few things are in order: a collar that fits, one toy that is not the favorite, and a note about chewing habits. The kennel supplies a Kuranda bed and blankets, so you do not have to bring bedding.
Rates and sharing
One Bull Terrier in Business Class is $59 a night on the 2026 rates, or $53 from 14 nights, so 14 nights is 14 x $53 = $742. Two Bull Terriers from the same home would share a First Class run at $72 and $61. A quiet dog who wants his own space can simply take the Business Class run for himself. Check-out is by 11:30 AM, and afternoon pick-up is half of the nightly fee.
