Planning around a flight

Why the kennel works like a hotel
Charging by the night keeps the price simple: a stay from Friday to Monday is three nights, whatever time you drop off. The 11:30 check-out gives the staff the middle of the day to clean and set up runs before the afternoon arrivals, which is also why the office closes from 11:30 to 2:00.
Booking a bath before pick-up
If you want your dog bathed before going home, tell the staff your best arrival time so bathing and drying are finished when you get there. A morning pick-up by 11:30 keeps the cost to the nights you booked.
