Drop-off is every day from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM. For an early flight, an afternoon drop-off the day before works well. For a late-day return, pick-up from 2:00 to 5:00 PM adds half a night. See afternoon pick-up.

An easy way to plan
Work backwards from your flight. Count 40 minutes of driving, plus time to drop off your pet and the airport security line. If you land late, the kennel's closing time of 5:00 PM is the limit for pick-up that day, so a late arrival may mean the next morning from 7:30 AM.
