The online account is for booking requests, account details and vaccine uploads.
Four ways to get it
Download the fillable PDF from the boarding agreement page, ask for it by email, pick it up at the office, or fill it in at the first drop-off. If you wait until drop-off, allow extra time.
What is in it
Page one covers the owner, the emergency contact and the terms. Page two is the pet information. Page three is a photo release. Page four is the medical release.
Why both
The account holds your booking requests and records. The agreement is the signed paperwork for the stay. The kennel confirms each reservation, so keep your phone number and email current in both places.
Next steps
Create or open your account from the Book a stay page, upload your pet's vaccine records and finish the agreement. The new clients page lays out the order.
Save time on drop-off day
Print the PDF and fill it in at home, or fill in the fields on screen if your reader allows it. Have your driver's license, your emergency contact's number, the clinic name and your pet's feeding notes close by. Bring the finished agreement with you, and you can usually head straight back to the car.
Questions about the form
If a box does not apply to you, such as a second owner, leave it blank. If you are unsure how to answer something on the pet information page, call before you arrive and ask.
