Holiday stays need a 50% deposit, due 30 days before drop-off. Please call to confirm the rule for your dates.
The rule on the 2026 sheet
The policy applies only to reservations beginning seven days before a major holiday through seven days after it. For example, a stay that starts on the 10th with a holiday on the 17th needs a deposit. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is due 30 days in advance of drop-off. Cancellations at least 7 days ahead receive 100 percent of the deposit as account credit, and cancellations under 7 days forfeit it.
Dates for 2026 and 2027
The windows are:

|---|---|
| Thanksgiving 2026 | Nov 19 to Dec 3, 2026 |
| Christmas and New Year | Dec 18, 2026 to Jan 8, 2027 |
| Easter 2027 | Mar 21 to Apr 4, 2027 |
| Memorial Day 2027 | May 24 to Jun 7, 2027 |
| Fourth of July 2027 | Jun 27 to Jul 11, 2027 |
| Labor Day 2027 | Aug 30 to Sep 13, 2027 |
What is not a holiday deposit
At other times of year no deposit is due, unless a stay is longer than four weeks, in which case a card on file is charged every two weeks. The older hours page words the holiday rule more broadly, as any reservation that includes a day in the window, so treat a close call as likely and ask. Use the holiday deposit checker.

A worked example
Take a Thanksgiving stay that begins on Saturday, November 21, 2026 and runs four nights in Business Class. At the standard rate, four nights is 4 x $59 = $236. The deposit is 50 percent of that, due 30 days before drop-off, which is October 22. If plans change and you cancel on November 10, you gave more than 7 days' notice, so the deposit becomes credit on your account. Cancel on November 17 and it is forfeited.
