How to read the table
Find your dog's approximate weight in the left column, then move across to the coat length. The kennel gives example breeds for the coat columns: extra short is a Boxer or Pitbull type, short is a Labrador, medium is a Shepherd, and extra long or double coated is a Malamute or Husky. Price rises with weight and with coat length, which reflects the time bathing and drying take.
What the chart cannot tell you
The chart is dated 2024. The 2026 rate sheet says baths are priced on request, by size, coat type and length, so the figures here are the last published chart and not a quote. Please call 707-678-6600 or ask at check-in to confirm the price for your dog before you book a bath.
Method and vintage
We copied the table from the kennel's bathing rates PDF and checked each number by eye against the page on October 19, 2026. Nothing was rounded. If the kennel issues a new chart, this page will change with it.
When a bath is wanted
Dogs at a country kennel run through the field and play in the grass, so a bath before pick-up is an option. Give the staff your best estimate of your arrival time so bathing and drying are finished. A bath is also what happens if a flea or tick problem is found after drop-off, at the owner's cost; see the flea and tick page.
