If you were told to "log in" before your first stay, this is the login. The account is simply how the kennel keeps your pet's file.
What the account does
It works the same for dogs, cats and small pets.
- Send a booking request for your dates.
- Upload vaccination records, and replace them after boosters.
- Update your phone, address, email and pet details.
A request is not a confirmation
Booking through ProPetware is a request. The kennel reviews it and confirms every reservation, so a booking is final only after that confirmation. Do not buy non-refundable tickets on the strength of a request alone. Call 707-678-6600 if you need an answer sooner.
Your first login, step by step
The records must show every vaccine is good through the last day of the stay.
- Open the Book / My Account link on this site.
- Create or open your profile and add each pet.
- Upload current vaccine records: rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza for dogs; rabies and FVRCP for cats.
- Send the booking request for your dates.
The agreement is still needed
Even with an online profile, the boarding agreement is completed once. You can download the fillable PDF, ask for it by email, pick it up at the office, or fill it out at your first drop-off, which takes extra time. The agreement also covers the photo release and the medical release, which are why it matters. See the agreement question for the details.
