Whether a dog is spayed or neutered goes on the pet information form, so staff can plan the kennel.
What the form asks
The boarding agreement asks for each pet's name, breed, age, weight and sex, and whether the pet is intact, spayed or neutered. It also asks about bite history, feeding, activity level, allergies and health conditions. Honest answers help staff place your dog well.
Everything else still applies
- Rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza, current through the last day of the stay.
- The dog arrives flea and tick free.
- A pet must be in good health to be accepted.
- Dogs are placed in indoor/outdoor runs with their own space.
Planning a stay
Dogs choose between an indoor space, heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, and an outdoor run. If you have questions about your dog's specific situation, call 707-678-6600.

What intact owners often ask
Owners usually want to know that nothing special is required. The same vaccines, the same age rule and the same nightly rates apply: $52 in Economy, $59 in Business Class and $72 in First Class on the 2026 rates. Mention the dog's status plainly on the form and the staff will take it from there. If you want to talk it over first, call 707-678-6600 or come for a tour.
