A cat that stays a month lives in the same individual tower for the whole time, so the useful questions are about billing, records and keeping the condo comfortable.
The nightly math for a cat
The cat condo is $35 per night. Two weeks is 14 x $35 = $490, and four weeks is 28 x $35 = $980. Two cats from the same home sharing a condo pay $30 per night for the second cat, as listed on the 2026 rate sheet. Baths and extras are separate.
How billing works
Short stays settle at pick-up. Past four weeks the kennel charges the card on file every two weeks in advance, so a six-week stay is charged in three installments rather than one large bill at the end. The nightly price stays the posted 2026 rate for the whole stay.
What the cat has for a long stay
Because the food, litter box and medications are covered, a long stay does not add line items beyond the nightly rate.
- An individual four-level tower, called a condo on the rate sheet.
- Its own litter box and its own blanket.
- A cat tree and cat houses to play and hide.
- House food, pate and chicken-and-rice kibble, at no extra charge, or your own food in the original bag.
- Medications at no extra charge.
Records that must last the whole stay
Rabies and FVRCP must be current through the last day of the stay. If a booster falls due in the middle of a long visit, send the updated record to the kennel through your online account or by email. The long-term cat boarding guide walks through the planning.
