The kennel charges by the night, like a hotel: check-out is by 11:30 AM, and an afternoon pick-up is charged half of the nightly fee. ## Discounts on the rate sheet - Each additional dog sharing a kennel, or cat sharing a condo, is about 15% off (for example $50 instead of $59 in Business Class). - Active military families get about 10% off the one-dog rate: $65, $53 or $47 a night. - Stays of 14 nights or more get the long-term rate, the same reduced one-dog rate as the military rate. - Day care package: buy 10 days, get 12, $380 for one dog or $700 for two dogs sharing a kennel. ## Holiday deposits For stays beginning from seven days before through seven days after a major holiday, the kennel asks a 50% non-refundable deposit 30 days before drop-off. Cancel at least seven days ahead and the deposit becomes a credit on your account; cancel later and it is forfeited. Please call to confirm your dates. ## Paying for your stay You pay the balance when you pick up. For a stay longer than four weeks, the kennel keeps a card on file and charges it every two weeks in advance. Cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
