For comparison, the Happy Lick Mat in peanut butter or cheese is also $4.99, and the Happy Pupsicle, a frozen bell pepper treat in beef or chicken, is $7.99. ## When it makes sense A pup cup is a small celebration: an arrival day treat, a birthday that falls during the stay, or a reward for a dog who is nervous about a first visit. It is on top of the regular meals, since house food is free. ## How to add one Ask when you book or at drop-off. If your dog has allergies or a special diet, tell staff in writing on the pet information page of the agreement. See [the Happy Pup Cup page](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/happy-pup-cup/) for the full detail. ## The rest of the menu Other extras are the [Happy Lick Mat](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/lick-mats/), the [Happy Pupsicle](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/pupsicles/) and the [picture play sessions](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/picture-play-sessions/). The [Happy extras page](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/) has them all. ## Allergies and special diets The kennel feeds grain-free kibble, wet food, eggs, hot dogs and treats at no charge, and it welcomes your own food. If your dog is on a restricted diet, say so before you add a pup cup. The [food and special diets page](https://happypawskennels.com/dog-boarding/food-and-special-diets/) explains how staff follow your feeding notes. ## For a group of dogs If two dogs share a kennel, order one cup per dog. Prices are per item, at $4.99 each. ### Sources (checked October 19, 2026) - [Happy Paws Kennels 2026 rate sheet (PDF)](https://happypawskennels.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/2026-Rates-EFFECTIVE-1-1-26.pdf) - [Happy Paws Kennels, rates page](https://happypawskennels.com/rates/) ### Visit or call 6677 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620 [707-678-6600](tel:+17076786600) | Drop-off and pick-up, every day | 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM | | --- | --- | | Tours, every day (no appointment) | 9:00 to 11:00 AM and 2:00 to 4:00 PM | [Book a stay](https://happypawskennels.propetware.com/customerLogin) ### Related - [Happy Pup Cup](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/happy-pup-cup/) - [Happy extras](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/) - [Happy Lick Mat](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/lick-mats/) - [Happy Pupsicle](https://happypawskennels.com/extras/pupsicles/) - [Food and special diets](https://happypawskennels.com/dog-boarding/food-and-special-diets/) - [FAQ](https://happypawskennels.com/faq/) ## Read next - [What is a picture play session?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/what-is-a-picture-play-session/) - [Do you send photos?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/do-you-send-photos/) - [Can you board a diabetic pet?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/can-you-board-a-diabetic-pet/) - [How far are you from Sacramento airport?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/how-far-are-you-from-sacramento-airport/) - [How do I find you?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/how-do-i-find-you-the-wind-turbine/) - [Do I need to fill out the boarding agreement if I have an online account?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/do-i-need-to-fill-out-the-boarding-agreement-if-i-have-an-online-account/) - [How do I upload vaccine records?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/how-do-i-upload-vaccine-records/) - [Will my dog be tired when I pick up?](https://happypawskennels.com/questions/will-my-dog-be-tired-when-i-pick-up/) Answers ## Questions people ask Still have a question?
