If you arrive in the afternoon pick-up window, 2:00 to 5:00 PM, that day adds half a night. ## Pick-up windows Pick-up is every day from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM. The office is closed from 11:30 to 2:00. On the three early-close eves the afternoon window is 1:00 to 3:00, and the kennel is closed all day on seven holidays. A pet unclaimed for 10 days after that date, with no contact, is considered abandoned, which is why the call matters. You can also ask your emergency contact to pick up. ## Long delays For stays longer than four weeks, a card on file is charged every two weeks in advance.
