Yes. Happy Paws boards all breeds of dogs and cats, whether neutered or intact. Breed does not decide the booking; size picks the kennel class, and vaccines and age set the entry rules. The rule here is short. ## The entry rules that apply to every breed These rules are the same for a Chihuahua, a Pit Bull, a Labrador and a Persian. - Dogs and cats must be at least 16 weeks old before the first day of the stay. - Dogs need rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza; cats need rabies and FVRCP. - Records must be good through the last day of the stay. - Pets should arrive free of fleas and ticks. - The pet must be in good health to be accepted. ## Size decides the kennel class Mastiffs, Great Danes and other giants usually go in First Class. All breeds, purebred or mixed, are accepted. ### Does an intact dog need a different kennel? No. Intact dogs are welcome and use the regular kennel classes.
