Yes. The Book / My Account link opens your ProPetware account, where you send a booking request, upload vaccine records and update your details. The kennel confirms every reservation, so an online request is not instant. It works the same way for dogs, cats and small pets. ## What you can do in the account - Send a booking request for your dates. - Upload vaccination records, and update them after boosters. - Update your contact information and your pets' details. ## What happens after you press send The kennel reviews the request and confirms it. Until then the dates are a request, so wait for the confirmation before you buy non-refundable tickets. If you want an answer faster, call 707-678-6600. ## The boarding agreement is still needed Even with an online account, you complete the boarding agreement once. You can download the fillable PDF, ask for it by email, pick it up at the office or fill it in at your first drop-off, though the last option takes extra time at check-in. ## Records to have ready Dogs need rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza. Cats need rabies and FVRCP. The records must show every vaccine current through the last day of the stay. You pay the nightly rate for the stay, with a deposit only in holiday windows or on stays beyond four weeks. ### Can I add a bath online? Ask when you book. Baths are priced by size and coat type, so please ask. ### Can I book for two dogs? Yes. Include both dogs in the request, and say whether they will share a kennel.
