Rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, rats, guinea pigs and birds. ### Where do I find details for my pet? The small pet pages cover rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters and gerbils, and rats. Call with your pet's species and dates. ## Cages and supplies ### Do I bring the cage? The kennel may ask you to provide the cage, so ask when you book. ### What else should I pack? Your pet's own food in its original bag, bedding and any medication with written instructions, with everything marked with your name. ### Can I bring a favorite hideout or toy? Yes, within reason. Toys can be lost or damaged, so choose one that is easy to replace. ## Price and booking ### How much does small pet boarding cost? Please ask. There is no printed price on the 2026 rate sheet, and the kennel quotes by species and length of stay. ### How do I reserve? Call 707-678-6600 or send a booking request through your online account. The kennel confirms every reservation. ### Is a boarding agreement needed? Yes, once. Pet information goes on the agreement, including feeding amounts and any health conditions. ## Hours ### When can I drop off a small pet? Every day from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM, closed on a few holidays. ### When must I pick up? Check-out is by 11:30 AM. Afternoon pick-ups are charged half of the nightly fee. ### Can I tour before I leave my pet? Yes. Tours run every day from 9 to 11 AM and 2 to 4 PM with no appointment, and a staff member walks with you. ### What should I tell the kennel when I call? Your pet's species, how many animals, your dates, and whether you will bring the cage. Ask about the price for your stay at the same time. ### Is there a holiday deposit for a small pet? The deposit applies to reservations that begin in the holiday windows.
