Yes. The 100 indoor/outdoor runs are heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, and each dog chooses inside or out. ### Is there fire protection? The kennel building opened in October 2022 with fire sprinklers, plus HVAC and epoxy floors. ### Is it clean? The kennel is kept immaculately clean, and Google reviewers often say so in their reviews. ## Health protection ### Which vaccines are required? Dogs: rabies, distemper/parvo, Bordetella and canine influenza. Cats: rabies and FVRCP. ### Can fleas come in? Pets should arrive flea and tick free. If a problem is found after drop-off, the pet is bathed at the owner's cost. ### Why a 16-week minimum age? Younger pets have not finished their vaccine series, so they must be 16 weeks old before the first day. ## Handling pets ### Why wait in the car at check-in? A staff member carries in the belongings and walks your pet to the kennel. It prevents parking-lot scuffles and escapes. ### Why remove a prong collar? Metal pinch collars can catch on chain link. The staff have collars for dogs who need one. ### Do dogs share space? Dogs see neighbors through the fence but have their own space. Dogs from one household can share a kennel. ## If something happens ### What if my pet becomes ill? The agreement lets the kennel arrange veterinary care at your expense. The staff try you first, then your additional contact, then your emergency contact. ### Is the kennel licensed? Yes, as a business and commercial kennel by Solano County. ### Can a fully vaccinated pet still catch something?
