On the 2026 rate sheet it is $72 a night for one dog and $61 for each additional dog sharing it. $72 a night for 1 dog, $61 each additional dog sharing (2026 rates) [Book a stay](https://happypawskennels.propetware.com/customerLogin)[Call 707-678-6600](tel:+17076786600) First Class runs are in the building that opened in October 2022. They suit extra large dogs, two or three large dogs from the same home, or, as the kennel likes to say, a whole litter of Chihuahuas. ## At a glance - 6x8 ft interior, about 120 square feet in all - Heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer - A doggie door to the outdoor run, so your dog chooses inside or out - A Kuranda bed and blankets in every run ## What the price covers Every nightly rate is all-inclusive. House food, special feedings, medications and walks cost nothing extra. Active military families pay $65 a night for one dog, and stays of 14 nights or more get the same $65 long-term rate. Check-out is by 11:30 AM; an afternoon pick-up adds half a night. ## Sharing a First Class run Dogs from the same home can share. The first dog is $72 and each additional dog is $61, about 15 percent off. Two large dogs for a week works out to $931 for seven nights at the 2026 rates, before any extras. ## Who it is for - Giant breeds that like to stretch out - Two or three large dogs from one family - Long stays, when extra room helps a dog settle - Dogs that pace or move a lot ## Not sure which size? Well treated heat and AC all is good. They send me photos of them and they're very very friendly staff. I highly recommend HAPPY PAWS to anyone. Marc B., Google review, August 2026 I love this place and so do the dogs. They offers tours, have A/C and/or heat. They always look and smell super clean. They even filter the indoor air. They email pics of them playing. I have 2 large breeds that share a 1st class kennel. They even offer treats and baths. So nice to have a place I trust. Everyone is... Call [707-678-6600](tel:+17076786600) (every day 7:30-11:30 AM and 2-5 PM) or see the [boarding FAQ](https://happypawskennels.com/faq/). ### How big is a First Class kennel? The interior is 6x8 ft, about 48 square feet, with about 72 square feet outside. ### Can three dogs share one? Yes, if they come from the same home; the kennel suggests First Class for two or three large dogs. ### Is a First Class kennel worth it for one medium dog? Usually not. A medium dog is comfortable in Economy or Business Class; First Class is for size, sharing or a long stay where extra room helps. ### Does First Class include anything extra? The care is the same in every class. You pay for more space, and every class includes food, medications and walks.
