Dogs over four months also need a Solano County license, which you can renew through the county's online portal. The [vaccination page](https://happypawskennels.com/vaccination-requirements/) lists the timing. ## Boarding when the day gets longer If a late meeting becomes an overnight, the same kennel offers boarding in three run sizes. Our two pitties love their periodic "vacation" stays at Happy Paws! We live an hour away, but it's well worth the drive. Highly recommended. Tim N., Google review, April 2026 Just picked up my pup Loki from a 4 day stay, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We cannot be more happy with the level of care and pictures uploaded while we were away. Loki even got a bath before pick up! Which I highly recommend. We plan to use them whenever we have the need.
